Registration and payment
Participants are required to fill in a booking form and send the signed document
by mail, email or fax to Living English. After written confirmation by Living
English full payment is due at least 4 weeks prior to the start of the course/workshop.
Any bank charges, incl. overseas transfers, are the responsibility of the
participant(s). The same applies to the participant’s travel and accommodation
expenses.
Cancellation Policy
If unforeseen circumstances force the participant(s) to cancel, we will try
to offer possible alternative course/workshop dates. Bookings are transferrable
to another suitable participant. However, cancellation fees will apply if
written notification of the cancellation or postponement is received less
than 4 weeks in advance of the course start.
Cancellation Fees
For cancellations more than 4 weeks before course start: no fees are payable
Between 3 – 4 weeks before course start: 25% of the total course fee
3 weeks before course start: 50% of the total course fee
2 weeks before course start: 75% of the total course fee
1 week before course start: 100% of the total course fee
Participants who do not make use of the full programme as scheduled due to
unforeseen circumstances or their own volition cannot claim compensation for
the unused part of the course.
Living English reserves the right to cancel a workshop if there are insufficient
bookings or due to unforeseen circumstances. A full refund of the seminar
fees will be given in this instance. No other compensation will be due by
Living English.
Insurance
No liability can be accepted by Living English for accident, illness,
theft, loss or damage to personal effects. Participants are recommended to
take out appropriate personal insurance cover.
